Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@ergobaum.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@ergobaum.com with photos and a description of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. These include but are not limited to:

Used mobility aids with visible signs of wear

Items returned without original packaging
