Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. For international orders, delivery may take 7–15 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Creating an account is easy! Click on the “Account” icon at the top of our website and select “Create Account.” Fill in your name, email address, and a secure password to get started. Having an account allows you to track orders, manage addresses, and view your purchase history.
To change your shipping address, log into your account and go to the “Addresses” section. If you’ve already placed an order and need to update the shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@ergobaum.com. We can make changes only if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account on our website to view the status of your order under “My Orders.”
No, for your privacy and security, we do not store credit card information on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
We charge sales tax based on your shipping address and applicable local laws. The final amount, including any taxes, will be calculated at checkout.
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us at contact@ergobaum.com.
We aim to ship all items in a single package when possible. However, depending on item availability or warehouse location, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package if that’s the case.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at contact@ergobaum.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll quickly arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide a return label for the wrong item.
We’re sorry to hear that. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us right away at contact@ergobaum.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or refund.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization number and mailing address via email. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they may not be accepted or processed.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at contact@ergobaum.com. We can update the shipping address only if the order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Once it ships, changes are no longer possible, and you’ll need to work with the carrier directly.
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us at contact@ergobaum.com within 1–2 hours of placing your order. After that window, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.
Yes! If an item is out of stock but available for pre-order, you’ll see a “Pre-Order” button on the product page. Pre-ordering reserves your item and it will ship as soon as it’s back in stock. If you don’t see that option, feel free to email us to get a restock estimate.
